This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped, estimated delivery times, costs, and other important information.

Processing Times

• Standard Production Time: All medals are made to order. Production typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on order size and complexity.
• Bulk/Custom Orders: Larger orders or highly customised designs may require additional production time. You will be informed at the time of ordering if extra time is needed.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received, and another notification once it has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship from the Isle of Man to customers worldwide. Delivery times vary based on destination and courier service.

Isle of Man & UK Shipping

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Tracked Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

• Rest of World: 7–21 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, postal delays, or busy seasonal periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery address
• Order weight/size
• Selected shipping method
• We aim to keep all shipping costs as low as possible and do not profit from postage fees.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges required by your country’s postal service.

• These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
• Customers are responsible for any additional charges that may apply.

Packaging

Eco Friendly Medals uses recyclable and eco-conscious packaging wherever possible. Our medals may be packed using:

• Recycled cardboard mailers
• Compostable protective wrap
• Paper tape
• We strive to minimise waste while ensuring your medals arrive safely.

Tracking Your Order

Most orders include a tracked shipping option. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable). If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will help track it down.

Lost or Delayed Orders

While rare, shipping delays can occur. If your parcel is significantly delayed:

1. Please check the tracking information.
2. Contact your local postal service.
3. If still unresolved, contact us with your order number.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, including replacing the item if it is confirmed lost by the courier.

Address Errors

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

• We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
• If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible to update your details before dispatch.
