All of our medals are designed and produced in-house in the Isle of Man. This allows us to maintain strict quality control while reducing the carbon footprint associated with outsourcing and international shipping.

Yes! All of our medals are fully customisable. You can include:

We’ll work with you to create a unique medal tailored to your event.
We can accommodate both small and large orders. Minimum quantities may apply depending on the design, but we are happy to discuss your specific requirements.
Yes. We provide a digital design proof before production begins. This ensures you are completely happy with the design.
Production only begins once you approve the proof.
Our standard processing time is 2–3 weeks from the date your design is approved. This can vary slightly depending on the complexity of the design and the size of your order.
We recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure your medals are ready in time for your event. If you have a specific deadline or require a faster turnaround, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Yes, changes may be possible if production has not yet begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments.
Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
Yes. We can keep your design on file, making it easy to reorder medals for future events with the same design.

Returns & Refunds
Because our medals are custom-made and personalised, we cannot accept returns for custom orders unless the items arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Each medal is made specifically for your event and cannot be resold.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
Your order number
Photos of the item
A brief description of the problem
We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Once you approve your design proof, production begins based on the approved artwork. We cannot offer refunds for errors in spelling, design, or details that were approved by the customer. Please carefully review your proof before confirming.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already begun, and cancellation may not be possible.
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If an item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide instructions if a return is required.
If you notice an incorrect address, please contact us immediately before your order is dispatched. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

We ship worldwide, including the UK, Europe, and international destinations. No matter where your event is located, we can deliver your custom eco-friendly medals.
Shipping times begin after your order has been produced and dispatched. Typical delivery times are:
- UK: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–20 business days
Please note that delays can occasionally occur due to postal services or customs processing.
We use trusted and reliable shipping providers, including Royal Mail and DHL Express, to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.
Yes. Tracking is provided for eligible shipments, and you will receive your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. This allows you to monitor your delivery’s progress.
Yes. If you need your medals urgently, rush production and expedited shipping options may be available. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and timelines.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Eco Friendly Medals.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error, contact us immediately before your order is dispatched.
If your order appears delayed, please check your tracking information and contact your local postal service or customs office first. If you still need assistance, you are welcome to contact us and we will help where possible.

Fees & Billing
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. Production will only begin once payment has been received and your design has been approved.
At this time, we do not offer payment plans. All orders must be paid in full before production can begin.
We accept secure online payments through our website. Available payment methods may include major debit and credit cards, as well as other secure payment providers depending on checkout options.

Yes. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and receipt. If you require a formal invoice for your event or organisation, please contact us and we will be happy to provide one.
No. All product and shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout or agreed upon before production begins.
However, for international orders, your country may charge customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not controlled by Eco Friendly Medals. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure whether fees may apply.
Production begins after:
- Full payment has been received, and
- You have approved your final design proof
This ensures your medals are produced exactly as requested.
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be possible before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
