Eco Friendly Medals specializes in bespoke, eco-conscious medals. Our products are made to order and are crafted using sustainable materials.
By using our website and making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be placed through our website or Etsy store.
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
- We accept payments via Paypal
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but once an order is placed, the price agreed upon will be honored.
3. Custom Orders
- Custom-made medals are created based on the specifications provided by the customer.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all design details, spelling, and information are correct before placing an order.
- Due to the nature of custom products, returns and refunds are not available unless the item arrives faulty or damaged (see Section 6 for more details).
4. Production & Shipping
- Production times vary based on order volume and customization complexity. Estimated production times will be provided at checkout.
- We offer global shipping; delivery times vary based on location.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses.
- Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors.
5. Cancellations & Changes
- Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
- If you need to make changes, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
6. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Items
- As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom-made products are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
- If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.
- Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
7. Intellectual Property
- All designs, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Eco Friendly Medals.
- You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.
8. Liability & Disclaimer
- We make every effort to ensure product quality, but we are not liable for minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to the nature of eco-friendly materials.
- We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss related to delays, defects, or issues with our products.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or other legal rights under UK consumer law.
